Agent cant see "My tickets"

  • Used Zammad version: 3.1.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: CentOS 7
  • Browser + version: MF 68esr

Expected behavior:

Everyone can see “My tickets”.

Actual behavior:

Agents who open a ticket that is moved to a group to which he has no “overview” privileges do not see their self-created tickets. Rene has four tickets. But I don’t want him to see all tickets of the other group in the overview, only “My tickets”. An agent with a second customer account is not a solution. :wink:

That’s currently working as designed.
Agents can’t be customers at the same time at the moment.

I wish you a rain of money and many successes in the implementation… I think this is an indispensable feature. It would be too nice if agents didn’t have problems. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Technically they can still communicate via mail as a workaround if that’s good enough. :slight_smile:
