After updateing to 5.2.0 version Zammad works very slow

Hello. After updating Zammad to 5.2.0 it starts to works much slower than befor. Open the page with ticket takes about 20-30 secunds. Befor update on 5.1.1 version it took about 1-2 secunds.

  • Used Zammad version: 5.1.2
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu Server 20.04.4
  • Browser + version: Chrome, Firefox

Expected behavior:

When user open the page with ticket Zammad open the page during 1 or 2 seconds.

Actual behavior:

When user open the page with ticket Zammad open the page during 20 seconds.

In my case those steps helped:

zammad config:set WEB_CONCURRENCY=4
systemctl restart zammad

OP is talking about settings you have to evaluate on your own system and is documented here:

Please read aboe mentioned documentation before blindly adjusting settings.

Hi guys,
we also faced performance issues the last days. Fix is in stable since this morning. If you did not have performance issues before 5.2 and got some on 5.2 update then you should update when the package is ready.
