Adding Notes to Tickets

Hey,

is it possible to add notes to Tickets?
I can´t seem to find a feature to do so.

Is it posible to close a ticket automatically after a given time?

Did you take a look into the ticket dialogue?
This is the default article type you’ll create, if you don’t hit enter.
