Hi, I have never experienced this issue before… Adding a new emails adress over IMAP MS, after it says there are 1234 emails in that mailbox, and then shows the Archive window, i pressed skip and i got 1000 created tickets and got spammed with notifications.
What might the cause to this be? and is skipping the archive part connected to that?
Zammad by default removes all messages from a mailbox, unless you tell it not to. So even if you have all those mails unread, the mails would be imported “incorrectly”. If you keep messages on the server, it will only take in account unread mail.
The import mode would have saved you from all the notifications, while still importing the mails.

My above statements expect at least Zammad 6.5.2.
