Adding groups signature to triggered mails

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.1.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: package on debian 10
  • Browser + version: FF + Chrome + Linux

Is there any way to use a variable like “#{ticket.group.signature.value}” inside of a trigger induced email?

If it possible to create a new rich text object in groups usable as a mail footer as a workaround?

No there’s currently no signature variable avaiable.
