Adding a new channel for new tickets

Hey there,

is there a possibility to create a new channel when creating a new ticket as an Agent/Admin?

No, the new ticket dialogue cannot be extended.
At least not with custom code fiddling that’s not update safe.

Is it possible to add a Hyperlink in the Dashboard Icons atleast? :slight_smile: So you click on grafik
and you will get redirected to your tickets?!

Not without code changes. Right now it’s not possible.
