Adding a checkbox for disclaimer or FAQ into the standard ticket form

  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?

We wanted to add a short disclaimer with a checkbox into our ticket system, making sure, that we provide a link to our FAQ and tell the customer to first check them out, before submitting a ticket.

  1. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
    Someone from zammad support told me, these customized objects or ticket fields are just possible with a higher pricing plan - but I think a short disclaimer should also be possible in a base function.
    It hurts when we constantly get tickets for the same questions.

  2. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
    No checkbox is addable, so we cannot provide a link before the ticket is send, just afterward with a trigger for a message, which does not make sense, as than the ticket is already submitted.

  3. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
    an easy feature which could prevent a lot of repetitive work.
