Add Ticket-Creator-Name in Ticket Zoom Title

Hi,

I would like to see the name of the agent which created the ticket in the ticket zoom:

Something like “Ticket# 12345 created at 21.05.2021 9:00 from Jim Wendrich”

I know that I can see the Ticket-Creator in the History

no, we need to open the history and scroll up every time.
