Add second Customer (employee) to Ticket

Hello and a happy new year,

Is it possible that when one person creates a ticket via the web interface, they can include a second person in the ticket or is there a way to create a CC field where the second person is entered and thus also receives the answers to the ticket or at least the incoming mail with the ticket number?

For example: Employee A opens a ticket and wants another employee to be informed about the ticket. To do this, he should be able to specify in the ticket which employee, for example employee B.

If the ticket has now been opened and the automatic reply with the ticket number is sent, employee B should also receive the email. It would be even better if employee B also sees the ticket in his list on the web or receives all mails relating to the ticket.

Is this possible?
