Add "has changed" function for all triggers / objects

This would be a useful function for topics like:

Sending an automated email to the customer, if a specific “Customer” object (e.g. Newsletter Yes/No) has been changed. In this case the customer could get an automatic notification email if a agent changes the “Newsletter” object in the customer settings.

For “Ticket” objects, it is possible:
