Add groups to the list Destination in Triggers

Hi!

I notice that there is no way to add Groups of users at e-mail destination on triggers. This could be usefull to spend less time on manage particular notifications for VIP customers.

In the same way, there should be a filter for Inactive/disable users wich still appears in the list. So if you put a user in disable, still you have to go to the trigger and delete from there too.

I understand you request in general but I do not follow in which situation this is needed. Is what you are looking vor maybe the “all agents”?

If not, could you please provide me a Use Case so I can understand your situation and the actual problem better? :slight_smile:
