It would be nice to add dashboards to Zammad. Here an example, look at the second image on this page:
This would help to have a visual categorization of the tickets, to easily manage them and have them all in ‘one view’. Is this possible?

No that’s currently not possible.
I would like to display all tickets in a certain overview on a big screen in our office. So that everyone can see, if there are new or very important tickets without unlocking there PC.
A dashboard with a similar configuration like overviews, or better a way to enable a dashboard view for an overview would be great.
