Title: Add connected Gitlab issues also in the history of the ticket
-
What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
When a bug fix or feature request is connected to a Gitlab issue, we add the Gitlab issue to the Zammad ticket. When I (accidentally) remove the connected Gitlab issue, there is no way to detect, which Gitlab issue was connected (or if an issue was connected at all). Furthermore, removing the Gitlab issue is too easy, since it happens already after clicking the X. There is no modal asking βAre you sure?β. -
Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
see 1) -
Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
Adding or removing a Gitlab issue is not visible in the history of a Zammad ticket. -
What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
I would love to see the events of adding/removing Gitlab issues in the history of a Zammad ticket.
So if Gitlab issues are removed accidentally, I can restore the connection.
