Add checklist template via ticket template

Title: Add checklist template via ticket template

  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
    At the moment a Ticket Template does not include a checklist template
  2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
    Reccuring tasks where the ticket will always need the same checklist
  3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
    I´m not able to add a checklist to a ticket template
  4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
    Ticket template to include everything needed to start

  • Average concurrent agent count: 5
  • Average tickets a day: 7
  • What roles/people are involved: Helpdesk, Admins, Head of

That feature request imho is impossible to provide, as you cannot add a checklist during the ticket creation.

It would be great to be able to add a checklist in the process of creating a ticket.
