Title: Add checklist template via ticket template

At the moment a Ticket Template does not include a checklist template - Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
Reccuring tasks where the ticket will always need the same checklist - Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
I´m not able to add a checklist to a ticket template - What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
