What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
I am able to add SSL-certificates in a lot of situations in Zammad now. They usually expire. While you can handle update reminders outside of Zammad, it would be nice, if Zammad warns if a used certificate is about to expire. -
Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
I use a SSL certificate in Zammad to secure my SAML-authentication and my certificate expires, so my users are not able to login.
I use M365-authentication and the client secret expires, so my users are not able to login.

Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
There is no warning about upcoming expirations. -
What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
Display a warning in “Monitoring” when a used certificate is about to expire.
