Infos:
- Used Zammad version: currently unknown
- Used Zammad installation type: package
- Operating system: debian
- Browser + version: chrome
Expected behavior:
- login with AD credentials should be possible
Actual behavior:
One of our Domain Controllers was removed from Active Directory before I was able to change the settings in zammads webUI.
Now I can’t login to change it.
Is there an option to add a local admin-user from console in order to login and set the new connection?
Or is there an option to change the IP to the current server?
regards
Rico

There must be a local admin account already. You would need that to configure zammad during the initial setup.
If you can’t login to the UI, then you’ll need to use CLI.
