Active Directory auth - big problem

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: currently unknown
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: debian
  • Browser + version: chrome

Expected behavior:

  • login with AD credentials should be possible

Actual behavior:

  • impossible

One of our Domain Controllers was removed from Active Directory before I was able to change the settings in zammads webUI.

Now I can’t login to change it.

Is there an option to add a local admin-user from console in order to login and set the new connection?

Or is there an option to change the IP to the current server?

regards

Rico

There must be a local admin account already. You would need that to configure zammad during the initial setup.

If you can’t login to the UI, then you’ll need to use CLI.

Didn’t found it by crawling the documentation …

btw: we found the install-documentation with the localadmin credentials and were able to login and change it via the gui.

Now it’s back online
