Access to ticket history to Customer

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.5.0-1753794731.edd613fe.bookworm

  • Used Zammad installation type: package

  • Operating system: Debian 12.11 (AMD64)

  • Browser + version: 138.0.7204.184 Chrome, Windows AMD64

Expected behavior:

Allow to Customer role to read ticket history

Actual behavior:

I don’t know how to done it

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

This is not possible atm and a feature request.
