Ability to force UI language for Agents, Customers and admin,
Specially on Login Page,

we need to to force specific UI language/locale on Zammad (Agents, Customers and admin,user creation , etc, ) and prevent theme from changing that (single language interface),
because their browser set on English but their native language is not English,

we simply need to set default language manually in admin and bypass default browser language.

Hello,

we would reccomend to solve this over the Operating system and/or the browser.
It is not in our interest to change the Accept-Language Header- behaviour due to the two following reasons:

a) It works as designed
b) This setting is not useful for 99,99% of our user base
