may be a qustion is from dummy, but
1.how i can create a another one project in my instance zammad ?
that’s, i have a two sectors of support - technikal supports and CRM support. And i need is separated all tasks from user and delegate to my agent beside tech support and CRM.
- to add a new status in field - only in consol ?

I don’t really understand what you mean with your first question. You can create different groups in Zammad for different departments and you can use the rights system to make the tickets not accessible for members of the other groups. If you have separate e-mail addresses for the support teams you can add them both to Zammad and set the target group. Or you need a neutral Group like “New Tickets” or whatever and your helpdesk has to distribute the tickets from there to the right group.
A new ticket state can only be added with the console
