If you are used to the 12-hour time format (e.g. almost everyone in the USA), it is quite hard to get used to the 24-hour time format that is used in Zammad in different places. For a better user-experience it would be good to have some “12-hour time format options”
Right now there are two main pain points:
A) Pretty date
An additional time format should be available, which displays the time within the tickets in 12-hour format
Pretty date: Timestamp (12 hours format), like:
This makes the time display in the ticket look like this::
B) 12 hours pending state
It should be possible to enter the pending-time in 12-hour format with an additional input field for AM/PM.
