Zammad ticket auto assignment : round robin

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.5.2
  • Used Zammad installation type: " docker-compose"
  • Operating system: Linux
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • Assigning open/new tickets to agents automatically in round robin manner

Actual behavior:

  • Auto assignment works as follows: First come first serve.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Sorry not sure what your question or request is here. This works exactly like documented and designed. There is no round robin.

I had been struggling to get the tickets in round robin manner somehow. But, I had to do it my way :slight_smile:
