is there any document to configure outbound calling from zammad ?
when I hover mouse on phone # is zammad the link is tel:xxxx ? as per my understanding there is way in zammad to send the outbound call to PBX or use custom hyperlink to connect the call with WEBRTC client
You need a phone client on your client that registers the tel-Protocol. This is not a Zammad behavior because that works on every website.

That depends on your system and is not supported in this community, sorry.
You can dry any link in chrome like <a href="tel:99999999999999">test</a> if it works, then it also does in Zammad.
