Working with AI

Hi there,
I wonder if you guys at Zammad are already working on a firm integration of AI based workflows related to ticketing system.
Will there be such a feature in the future, e.g. language or topic detection by “scanning” requests with an AI, without having to use triggers or similar.
I would be very grateful for a short feedback.
