What is Ticket::Article::Type active for? How to disable article actions?

We would like to disable unused article types because we have a workflow basing on triggers and one article type.
The most logical way would be to set the Ticket::Article::Type active flag to false for all superfluous article types, but this didn’t work. It only affected `Ticket::Article::Type.all`.

Checking the code revealed that the active flag isn’t checked in form_meta. After fixing this, it still show unwanted types. So there is my question: for what is the flag? It isn’t properly checked.
Should setting active = false, remove the action from the action set used by the ticket article form?
Or what is the purpose of the flag? Shall a different way be explored to remove the action? E.g. a setting? For now we have a custom css but this needs a rebuild after each update.

What problem exactly are you trying to solve actually? Zammad knows several articles types (like note, phone and email) anf they are used in various places in Zammad. I’d bet that some places potentially even have them hardcoded, so removing them wouldn’t be too easy I imagine.

You might want to tell us what the problem with unused ones is, because triggers looking for a specific one can’t be the whole reason honestly.

I want just having one answer type: note. No phone, no email (except inbound).

Why? The outgoing communication should happen via triggered emails.
