Dear community,
we’re happy to share that a project by IT-Verbund Schleswig-Holstein (ITV.SH) using Zammad has made it into the Community Voting of the Open Source Competition 2026. 
The project is already in live use: orders from an online public-service portal are automatically transferred into Zammad, assigned to the responsible municipality, and processed transparently from there.
It’s a great example of how Zammad can support real-world open-source digitalization in public administration.
