I looked in settings but could not find anything concerning my wish, so it also might be a feature request
When looking at a ticket the part of the customer is on the right side and my part is on the left side.
All other programs for communicating like Telegram or Whatsapp have my part on the right side and the opposite part on the left.
Did I miss a setting for that or is there any trick to achive this?
Do other people also want to have an option for changing that?
