Hi there,
we have many open tickets in our zammad. Sometimes a reply is written but not submitted since the editor (me) gets distracted by an other task or simply forgets to update. It would be really helpful to get an overview of not yet submitted replies that could be checked (before leaving office) to not have tickets with written but not submitted replies lingering for days.
Does anyone has a solution for this problem?
