I want to know if my developer could use Zammad API implementation for JS to create and display tickets, I have noticed that its not stable yet.

Zammad does not provide an official JS API implementation as far as I’m aware.
If you have a libary at your hand you might want to ask the libaries vendor.
The issue description is so vague that we can’t help you. Sorry.
