Basically our Zammad instance has become partially unusable and there doesn’t seem to be a way out…?
I “potentially incorrectly” migrated database is something we can hardly help with. Even less in a community driven scope. At least that’s my opinion. This would require a lot of manual work, digging, double checking, dropping/creating of whatever is needed. We’re talking about hours of manual love to that database.
At least as I’m not aware of any other “easy” way to fix it.
I am sorry.
I understand that @MrGeneration, but then the conclusion would be, that we have to live with a broken Zammad instance and there is no guarantee, that it doesn’t completely break at the next update. I can hardly believe that. Is there really no other way? There is not even the possibility to dump the “payload” part of the database and re-import in a fresh installation?
