Hi, I was not sure if this is a feature request or a technical question, so I picked “Lobby” 
My question is, if there is anyone in the Zammad Community who has tried out to get tracing for Zammad by using OpenTelemetry (Ruby | OpenTelemetry) + a backend like Jaeger, Zipkin or commercial. We might try it ourselves, but I wanted to check if someone has done it already successfully and would be able to share some results/experience.
