Hello,

i want to say a big “thank you” to the dev team for the new expert mode in the trigger conditions menu. I have tried to create a email filter to look for specific keywords in the body or in the subject to move the email to the right group without agent interaction, but even with regex it was not working.

Now with the expert mode i can create a trigger, which fires when [a ticket is createt AND when (body contains ‘xxx’ OR body contains ‘yyy’ OR title contains ‘xxx’ OR title contains ‘yyy’)]. Works very smooth and the tickets are now there where i want to have them.
