System based on Zammad license

Hi, my company would like to create a ticket management system using Zammad under the hood and interacting with it through its API. Would like to distribute this software under commercial license. It is possible to do this by interacting only through the API or in any case you must distribute the software with the same license as Zammand, GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 ?
