I’m currently searching for a combination of a helpdesk and task management. In our use case some tickets should also represent tasks, which have to be done at customer’s place (some construction works). For that we need to schedule appointments. The customer doesn’t have to be involved directly through Zammad, it’s only important to keep track of these appointments in a calendar. I liked Zammad so far, but it doesn’t seem to support scheduling, unfortunately.
Now I’m looking for a workaround. I found the pending reminder field. This is a date field and I’m thinking of using it along with a trigger and webhook to export any changes there to an external calendar (Outlook maybe). But until now it doesn’t seem possible to edit this field from the mobile view. The mobile view is very important to us.
Any better ideas?
