Scalability of Zammad tool

Do you have any idea about the scalability with respect to system size?

  • number of tickets created simultaneously
  • number of users connected to the tools

As for your first:

Zammad handles 2,000 - 5,000 articles per hour without issues. At least if your hardware (especially in terms of I/O) can keep up the pace.

Zammad can handle even more requests per day, however, you’ll proberbly get into trouble if you hammer thousands of tickets in a very short time. We’ve been testing with 100,000 to 200,000 in less than 90 minutes which caused performance issues.

But to be honest, that’s normal at some point I guess.
Your use case proberbly would be interesting. Might help us to be clearer.
