Restore SPAM in zammad

Hi everybody, I am a little problem with zammad.
My technician accidentally move a mail in SPAM.

How can I manage this in zammad ? I mean how can I unmark the mail.
I don’t find any option in zammad for restore the mail.

If by mail you mean article, then using the macro to close and mark as SPAM just closes the ticket and adds the tag SPAM, which you can search for in Zammad and remove. If the email was moved to SPAM/Junk and is being blocked from getting to Zammad you will have to contact the IT admin as they will have access to the mailbox and can perform the changes.
