Is there a release planning and overview with which I can plan my updates myself?
Is version 3.2.1 or 3.3.0 available next?

ETA unknown. We originally had the plan to release monthly, however, this currently is not possible for various reasons.
So short: Coming when it’s ready.

To make it clearer: Both versions will exist.
They appear together during the release day while 3.2.1 contains fixes that don’t break too much and 3.3.0 will contain the full fix- and feature set.
