Quotation marks in e-mails list?

Just a minor visual issue I noticed:

Is it normal or intended that names containing an umlaut or an @ symbol are displayed in quotation marks?

Should I create a GitHub case for this?

Is it the same for the new desktop view? Because it might be tech stack related. Ruby wise all those values should be strings so…

It’s in the current view, but in the new desktop view it’s perfect. Then there is obviously no need to invest any more time here.
