Proper Way To Organize Multiple Saas

Hello,

Just got zammad community up and running, and would like to get some oppinions on getting to it to work with multiple projects/saas. We currently have 3 applications and need to add email support for each project.

1 - Would this be better served by creating organizations for each software
2 - Would this be better served by creating groups for each software (software1 Users, software2 Users etc)
3 - You do not know what your doing try this…

Our current setup is we have a catch all email in google workspace and each email hello@software1.com is sent there, from what I can see I can setup a trigger to allocate the ticket to the correct spot just trying to figure out what the general rule of thumb is for the setup.

Use independent groups for independent groups / companies. This allows individual email addresses that fit to the project etc.
