Prevent to close a ticket

  • Used Zammad version: 4.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04.2.0 LTS
  • Browser + version: Firefox 88 on Windows 10

Hi,

is it possible to prevent the ticket closing by an agent or by a customer, if no information (by email or by note) is provided during the closing step?

you’re going to end up with lots of “test” tickets like this one if you don’t allow closing them as they are…
