Yesterday I got an email from Facebook regarding the Zammad app I’ve setup, specifically stating that the Page Public Content Access permission is being withdrawn on Sept 4th…
It doesn’t look like the Zammad app uses this, so I’m assuming that this email can be ignored?
Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks…

As of September 4, 2019, My Zammad App on Facebook will no longer have access to the following permissions or features:
Page Public Content Access
Depending on the needs of your app, you will need to take one of the following steps:
If your app still needs access to these permissions or features, you can create a new request and submit for App Review before the deadline.
If you already have a pending request, you’ll first need to complete or cancel that submission before you can create a new request and submit for App Review.
If you no longer need access, no further action is required.
