Overviews / Bulk action failed

I believe that since the update to 5.2.3, the assignment of several tickets to one user, for example, no longer works. So generally a mass update

We have several groups with different mandatory fields.

The channel is e-mail and various mandatory fields have been defined in the form. If I now want to assign a ticket in the overview of not yet assigned tickets, I get an error ‘Bulk action failed’.

I assume that it no longer works because of the mandatory fields, as the release notes also state that closing tickets without all mandatory fields has been fixed.

Question: How do I get my mandatory fields into the overview of unassigned tickets?
I only ever see the standard fields Group, Owner, Status and Priority etc.


You can run macros on bulk on tickets to work around this issue or don’t have mandatory fields that block you.
