openSUSE productive usage support

Hello,

at our company we want to start using Zammad installed on openSUSE.

The documentation states that using docker compose or the helm chart are not supported in productive use.

How about package installation?
Is installing Zammad on openSUSE (meaning not the paid enterprise version) supported for productive use?

Background: I just recently heard that SUSE only offers support for RKE2 deployments if all nodes run on SLES, but not openSUSE. So I started wondering if this applies to other (unrelated to SUSE) products as well.

Source and package installations are fully supported.
The support note mainly affects the Zammad GmbH provided product support for Zammad itself.

Aside of that, you of course have much higher chances of getting help in the Community with a package installation.
