May I ask a question, if the ticket is closed, does it send the notification to customers?
Because I have been using it for a while, it just sends the notification through Gmail for admin or agent only when the ticket is closed. Any solution?

Standard notifications are just for agents/admin. There are default triggers that I believe include sending a closed message to customers, and if there isn’t they are easy enough to create.
you need to add some Trigger for that.
