New Language for Knowledge Base 👉 Haitian Creole

Hi guys :wave:

I have this customer requirement:

  • Knowledge Base language should be in: (1) Spanish, (2) English, (3) Portuguese and (4) Creole (HaitĂ­ main language)

Creole is not an option within the KB language settings. How could I create this new Language option in the KB settings ? :pray::pray::pray:

Zammad has to know the language as general. So that means translation is required.

Yes, I checked, but the Creole language is not crated at “Sign in @ Zammad-Translations”. And it seems I can’t create the Creole language to start translating it… right ?

Haitian (ht) is now available for translation:

Please note that we require a specific minimum percentage of the language translation until it’s going to be available within stable Zammad. Before that happened, the language will not be available on your local instance neither within profile nor knowledge base.
