Hi,

I am a very happy Zammad user.
I use it everyday in my one-man linux/open source consultancy shop and it helps me managing my workload.
I just created a repo and uploaded two of the tools I developed internally for Zammad.

  • monthly-billing-report.sh
  • weekly.sh

Just a small contribution back to the community, that’s all.
Hope it is of use to somebody.
