Hey People,
a quick question: in our organisation we assign two people to important tasks, so this logic would transcend to tickets. I was reading the docs now for a while and searching here, but i couldnt find a solution to this: How can i notify multiple agents (the ones assigned to the task) on ticket updates? I thought that maybe instead of a Person i can assign a Group to a Ticket, but that doesnt seem possible…
