is there a documented way of migrating Znuny feature release 6.3 or 6.4 to Zammad? Or is the OTRS to Zammad migration the supported way for Znuny feature releases as well?
Znuny LTS (v6).x should be™️ no problem as it’s based on OTRS v6.
So using the v6 addon should do the trick.
The same limitations like for OTRS apply.
Above statement is only true as long as you actually can install the plugin required and the data structure of the stuff we migrate hasn’t changed.
