Macros Dont work after upgrade 4.1 to 5.in overviews "Resolved"

Oh, I think I misunderstood about the “type” statement for macros.

So this is not allowed in v5?

How can I then make a macro that can bulk orders and provides tickets with a “label”.

Exactly that’s the issue. Ticket object called type causing this trouble.
type is a default object from early Zammad days. While it by now is a reserved value (if I remember correctly) it still has to be functional. We’ll see how above linked issue evolves.

Bang on i disabled this Object and now macros work thank you Sir God of Zammad Mr Generation

Can confirm it.

I have now implemented the “Label” in a completely new object “ticket_label”. And the object “type” disabled.

No more errors with the macros and bulk actions.

I have also cleaned up the labels. Your “standard” what you noted, was stored as a key in the object “type”. For whatever reason. I have replaced that. As a precaution
