need a developer or assistance for a small modification of zoom-ticket view.
I need a simple “Download” function/button for the attachments of an ticket.
I have no trust level to post a screenshot, will send you by email.

Btw there is also a hidden sidebar feature to show the attachments of the ticket:
root> zammad run rails r "Setting.set('ui_ticket_zoom_sidebar_article_attachments', true)"
Maybe this already helps you to keep the overview over your attachments in the ticket zooms
