Perhaps I just overlooked a setting, but I would expect closed tickets to disappear from the left sidebar. Does anyone have any tips?
Hi @grasbauer have a look inside any ticket on bottom right and change this option to close tab after ticket closed or similar.

This will only do the trick if the agent that sets this closes the ticket. Not if another one does it. For your expectation management. ![]()
